Shipping methods vary from country to country we offer TCS for shipping in Pakistan while DHL is used to ship our products in the USA.
No returns – at present we do not offer returns.
International shipping: We offer shipping across the globe. Customers may be responsible for additional taxes and duties imposed by receiving country
Delivery time: local deliveries within 7 working days. For international delivery please account for an additional 7-10 working days depending on location. Please note, our embroidered formals require an additional 30 days for completion.
We provide the same fabric and quality you place an order for but the colors of the product may vary slightly due to photography and lighting.

Payments
We offer Credit and Debit Card Payments as well as Bank Transfer.
We accept payments from all international 3D Secure Debit and Credit cards.
All prices on the Reverie website are already inclusive of taxes.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Shipping & Returns
An exchange will not be initiated based on the customers liking or disliking of a specific product. Reverie ensures the highest quality for its customers.
An exchange will only be initiated in case we have dispatched an incorrect item and the product is unused and not damaged by the customer.
No items on SALE are eligible for refunds or exchange.
Items sold by Reverie are not eligible for a refund but in the above mentioned scenarios a customer may initiate an exchange.
Once a refund is issued it is processed by Reverie within one working day, our payment partners clear the refund from our end within 3-5 working days.
Cancel or change order within 24 hours. We cannot process order cancellations or changes after the 24 hour window has passed.
Once an order is dispatched, our team will share a tracking ID from our courier partners with you.
